Purchase bug

Hey Skate,

I bought the Dem Bones 2500 pack and was able to claim it with no issues. Later, I purchased the 5000 pack, but it never gave me the option to claim it. I’ve tried restarting the game, deleting and reinstalling it, and several other troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked.

Can you please look into this and help fix the issue? I paid for the pack and would like to receive the items I purchased.
