Infinite black screen

Since the season 4 update most of the time I teleport or start a challenge I get the infinite black screen that never stops. 

I have fully initialized the console which didn’t help any. It’s mostly unplayable. I also fell in the water and it never respawned me.

I use a ps4 pro with 512g ssd with only skate on it.
