Dupped Skate pass

Hello, I have founders pack and I got a notification to redeem the Season 2 pass, so it's free right? The thing is, I bought it with tix, which I spent real money on... How can I fix this or who do I contact? I would appreciate any help!

    only the first pass was free for founders, there's a bug that happened to founders that showed them receiving all the items that was included in the pack to be awarded again. similar to the duplicate "congratulations!" bug
