San Van Bucks Removed, Bug
Hi, I was redeeming the san van bucks from the legacy pass (Season 1) and once finished, I had 500 less san van bucks on my account. I then looked at the shop and it says I bought the ‘Red Thrasher Hoodie’, when I never did so… This is the second game breaking glitch that has happened to me, this year already. First was not getting my daily tix (for having premium pass) and now this? Losing 500 san van bucks out of my control. I do not like this hoodie, let alone losing in-game currency I planned to use on the next season pass. Edit: Platform: PS4 OLD PSN: Yahweh-_-Servant NEW PSN: Thy-_-ServantUnintentional purchase due to a bug
I was trying to get my awards from the skate pass but something weird happened, i tried to redeem the 75sv from the skate pass but somehow i purchased some wheels from the shop? please fix this because i was saving for the next skate pass, and give me back my 200sv!!Suggestion
I absolutely loveeeeee this game. It's so enjoyable, open-world, and fun to play with friends. Buttttt I would LOVEEEE to see the map during sunrise, sunset and nighttime with a day-night cycle to give it this aesthetic look to the map while playing and enjoying the atmosphere. Let's go ahead and consider this for the next update!Feature Request: Trigger Deadzone/Sensitivity Settings for Controllers
Hi Full Circle Team, I'm writing as a Legendary member of the FCCC. I’ve noticed a common issue among the community that is affecting gameplay, specifically for 'Grabs'. Many older controllers have worn-out triggers that only reach about 90-95% of the input signal. Since skate. seems to require a 100% input to trigger a grab, many players are unable to perform these tricks. Other games, like FC, allow for a margin of error or include settings to adjust this. Could you please consider adding a 'Trigger Deadzone' or 'Trigger Sensitivity' slider in the Controls/Accessibility menu? This would allow players with older hardware to activate grabs and other analog functions without needing a 100% physical press. Additionally, an alternative to a slider would be to simply lower the global activation threshold for Grabs. Setting it so that the action triggers at 50% pressure instead of requiring 100% would instantly solve the issue for most players with worn-out controllers. Thanks for your hard work and for listening to the community! Best regards, MaRcO_5527Issues with Skate
A few issues that hold this game back from being way better and playable for years to come in my opinion as a long time fan and skateboarder. The trucks are displayed backwards when selecting them. The photo of the trucks should display the front graphic or logo of the truck, not the kingpin. You can't even pan the camera to look at the front when picking your trucks. Thrasher grip tape isn't centered on the board properly. I worked hard to unlock it and I never use it because its super crooked and looks like a zumies employee put it on for me. Skateboard stickers should be allowed to be moved around and sized up or down. Add some proper skinny jeans please, I dont like super baggy pants and I'm tired of faking it with the black leggings. The skate physics are amazing in my opinion as far as the look and feel of flip tricks, choice of flip speed, steez of tricks, wallies, slash grinding curbs, and being able to hop in and out of grinding without pop by holding right or left on the stick. These are phenomenal improvements but the are greatly held back by this map. I find alot of features that do not make sense from a skateboarding perspective and as a feature of a city as well. Stuff that looks skatable at first glance but in practice come off clunky or super unrealistic to ride. Beautiful stairs with no room for speed on top to hit them or a planter/obstacle right where you need to roll away at the bottom. Weird shaped boxes that are awkward to grind. Overcrowded areas that dont leave room to breathe in between tricks. I think if you focused on making it more of an actual city landscape it would shine because that's what street skating is about. All the bowls are weird to ride. They dont have a good flow to them. At first glance they look sick but in practice they feel off and awkward. They need rhythm to them for the nice long carves you want when riding transition, you shouldn't have to push for speed at any point in a bowl if you pump properly. Almost all the skate 3 bowls felt natural, simple, and completely pump reliant for speed. Flip tricks from transition into a grind/stall on the coping of a quarter pipe, bowl, or transition is completely non existent. I want to kickflip noseblunt these bowls and quarter pipes so bad but it just puts be back into transition or onto the deck above the coping. You can power slide into a grind and that's cool but its not the same as popping a hardflip to over crooked. This is a major oversight in my opinion, on par with the trucks issue. It seems so obvious. I love the skate franchise and have been consistently playing skate 3 for over a decade. These things would help Skate shine and make it playable for many years to come. I would pay actual money if yall ported some skate 3 maps as DLC into Skate. But I would be hesitant in a way because I can't flip trick into grind on coping. Playing those old maps lacking that component would feel like I'm missing part of the game. I dont know what your development team actually looks like but get some real skateboarders to help with the layout and features of these parks. I will admit these community parks are slowly starting to feel more skatable and fluid, but definitely still room for improvement. Thanks for reading!!!Feedback on roadmap
Season 3: Isle of Grom - disappointing. Unfortunately this area is locked behind premium pass. Is this the first ever tutorial area in a video game locked behind a premium pass? Well done. Note - I will have the pass regardless but in my opinion this should have just been added to the game without a pass or currency for 24 hour access. Darkslides and Dark Catches - Should have been in the game from the beginning. Nice to see finally here. Updated Bonelesses - Hopefully the height is improved. Good idea but nothing to get excited about. New game mode speedlines - No. No one asked for this. Where is deathrace? Tattoos - Great! Amazing! Thank you! Hopefully some cool free tattoos and a wide range in the future. I would also like to see them in skate pass and store. Very happy about this. Cosmetic Loadouts - Yes! Perfect! This is great. 3 Loadout slots and more with payment option. This is excellent. Brands in skate. pass - Love it! This is a big improvement. Thank you. More replay editor effects - Very happy with this. Excited to create more vids. Seasonal events - Good. Looking Forward Features in Development: New Social Game Mode Meetups - This sounds fun but other game modes such as vert jam contest and street contests should be prioritised. Turn-Based Competitive Game Modes: Spot Battle and S.K.A.T.E. - YES!! We need this immediately! Spot battle is the one thing I want the most added to this game. I was hoping this would have been added in season 3. I also love S.K.A.T.E. Honestly creating a 'skate' game without these game modes from the start is criminal. I'm bored of the same repeated challenges everyday. Please add a super mega park for Spot Battle as well. These 2 game modes HAVE to be added in season 4 or sooner. I would also like best trick. It was in skate 2 and very fun. The main game modes that need to be added are Spot Battle, S.K.A.T.E, deathrace, vert contests, street contests, best trick, photo challenges, video challenges and hall of meat. Matchmaking System - Yes! This needs to be added as fast as possible with text chat options and or proximity chat. New World Area - This is super important. All future map areas should not be locked behind a premium pass or currency. We need more areas with hills and locations from previous games. I would love to see the mega park from skate 2 for example. Board Wear and Tear - Good idea. I'd also like to see a slamming board emote and breaking it in half. Finger flips - I think these were in every previous skate game. Should have been added from the start. Can glitch and do them now. Excited for these to be added. On The Radar - I want everything added from the on the radar information section. Most exciting for me is legacy skate 1 to 3 spots and more legacy skate modes. Leaderboards should be added with spot battle and s.k.a.t.e. Again Underflips should already be in the game. And the same with player created parks. This was such a big part of skate 3. You would think all of these previous game modes would already be here. Thank you Skate Devs for the update. I love the game but as of right now the challenges are boring and repetitive. I need competitive game modes to keep me engaged. I would have preferred to pay full price for this game and have an actual story mode and all the game modes I loved from the start. I still would have purchased a premium pass for new gear. Skate 3 had tattoos and so many more clothing brands from the start and teams you could join with friends. I'm disappointed that we are not getting competitive game modes in season 3 but I'm happy with everything. Grom should have been added instantly though. Bad decision on whoever decided to make it skate pass or currency for 24 hour access. Final thoughts I play this game a lot and very happy with this update. The only things not mentioned on this list are pro skaters and Coach Frank. Having the option to replace Vees voice with Coach Frank or anyone would be nice. The performance of the game on PS5 is great. Season 4 needs spot battle.Loving the new updates after taking 2 months off!
First off, thank you devs and community managers, anyone who has helped make Skate. an even better experience! Ive had some health issues lately and took a few months off to focus on healing, and here I come back to TONS of new content, places to explore, and I am absolutely loving it! My one gripe is that I restarted my journey over on my PS5, originally had played only on PC, and since restarting from the beginning everything has been smooth as silk.. until I got the mission challenge for co-op play. I literally cannot find a single person to actually play co-op with me.. every session ends with maybe what looks promising only to have them venture off and not complete the co-op thing letting me finish my single player mission. Does anyone at EA or anywhere else have a work around for this? Is there anyone here who can help me in game? I live West Coast US, but can log on just about anytime. Its frustrating having requirements like this and not having anyone on the player boards who is actually available to play with.Pro Session Rail Crossing
I'm always stuck trying to grind and stuff and in general it doesn't have a great flow to the challenge itself. Unless you manage to avoid the obstacles it's hard to get any speed for the railings. The other objectives aren't that bad it just 10 railings seem hard! Maybe just bring it down to 8 or make the rails easier to grind? Is it just me?
