Dynamic weather and time

It's in the title really, a dynamic weather system and day night cycle would both bring a lot of life to the city. Once the game gets further into development I would love to see these put on the list of potential features.

Day / night lets you really light up the city with some cool lighting to skate around through.

And rain / puddles can give some really nice visuals especially at night with the lighting. Blasting through puddles at night with some cool reflections would be a dream imo.

This is all late development aesthetic stuff, but I gotta vouch for it.
