Error Code 1478078408

Have been having this error code constantly for 3 days. 

Have uninstalled an reinstalled, verified integrity, restarted computer. Nothing works. I get in and maybe play for 5 minutes before disconnecting again.

Internet is consistent on my end, no forums with accurate solutions. I did not play the CPT, do not have it installed.

Any help would be greatful.
