Error Code 3463510556

When I try to join my friends i get put in the loading screen then instantly gives me a pop up stating "you have been removed due to a failed connection" and shows error code 3463510556. I've checked everywhere and it seems like an ongoing issue in the community. Personally been 3 weeks and I haven't been able to play with friends. Please fix your game because it seems like your doing nothing about it. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know.
