ERROR code: 480232561. Restricted from accessing any online features

Downloaded skate on xbox today and recevied this error (ERROR code: 480232561) I'm posting this to see if i just need to wait a few hours for it to fix or do i need support to fix the issue ?  Ik wh...

May be in the same boat here as well, even wierder i cant re link xbox to acc, and am accessing both accounts at the same time when i log into one or the other
