Has anybody else ran into this problem. I have been playing it since it came out on console and now I can’t get in saying it’s failed to connect to EA services even though my other EA games work perfectly fine. It also pops up an error code 852146987
i have the same exact problem i cant access the game at all
Yup for over 3 weeks for me (XB series X) I’ve literally tried everything. Ethernet cable, restarting the Xbox, unlinking and linking my EA account back to the Xbox, changed my DNS servers to the recommended EA ones and clearing my MAC address. Even deleting my saved files, then uninstalling, and reinstalling the game. This has been the biggest Buzzkill of 2025.
Yep, been trying for a while now. I am now going to delete the game again without reinstalling and will play some other game that works. No need to waste any more time on this.
Or at least wait until they fix the issue. Then try again.
