FPS Drops and Lag after update

Game ran perfectly on all consoles before this season 1 update. Now it constantly lags, FPS drops constantly, choppy as hell, really runs very poorly. What happened? Game running like crap is not worth some lighting changes if that's what happened. And if this is from the lighting changes, LET US DISABLE THEM PLEASE! I am playing on Xbox Series S btw, I haven't tried on my ps5 or series x yet.
