FTP Mission bug

The Fast Travel Point part of the Magical Muscial Mystery Tour is bugged for me and it's locked me out of any game progress. I've unlocked almost every FTP point in two areas, and it still keeps giving me the "after you unlock a FTP location you must activate it using your Rip Card" dialogue.
