game crash after rolling ten meter.

Hello, 

When i play on main account the game crash after any type of movement  i make.
I try to restart my PC, i try to verify and repair game files, i try pretty much every thing.
Then i remenber i have a second account, so try to log in with it.  AND IT WORKS!!!
But it only work for my second account, the main one keep crashing.

i hope you can help me because i have buy the big founder pack to play the first season and right now i can't.
