Game doesn’t launch on PC

The game currently doesn’t launch on my PC. I was able to play a handful of the previous playtests with no problem, but this most recent insider preview build has not launched a single time out of the probably 30+ times I’ve tried at this point, and has completely frozen my PC about 28 of those times.

I press play on the game in the EA app, it shows the splash screen with a progress bar, it switches my monitor to exclusive fullscreen, but then nothing comes up other than a completely black screen. The computer then locks up, no mouse, no keyboard input whatsoever, and I’m forced to hard restart the PC. sometimes a gray screen appears after the black, but the PC still freezes.

I’ve tried every fix I can find on the forum along with repairing, clearing cache, reinstalling, and nothing seemed to help. I also still have Skate CPT in my library along with the newer skate. version - tried to fix that as well but didn’t work either.

    If you launch the game through EA app and as you launch open edge or chrome and alt + tab to whatever browser you opened keep holding alt over the tabbed browser until the game boots it works for me.

    Go to EA app -> Library -> 3 Dots on Skate -> View Properties -> Open Folder -> DELETE FOLDER shader_cache -> OPEN _Installer -> RUN Cleanup (Application) -> Wait 10 seconds -> Launch Skate through EA app. 

    If it still does not launch, 3 Dots on Skate -> Repair
