Regardless the quality preset, or upscaler selected, the game runs horribly.

Xess, or FSR, set to performance, all options set to minimum; heck even manually setting everything as low as it goes! All I get is a sub 30, laggy mess filled with frameskips. 

The prior version ram flawlessly. 

Help?
