Game soft locked after logging out in community park. HELP

Logged out of the game at the community park in the furthest south point of the map. When i logged back into the game i was soft locked outside the map. i cany fast travel or teleport to another play...

Yeah i've had this problem all day and nothing has worked. I have tried absolutely every single thing. The only thing that has worked was playing on another account that was also accepted into the playtest. There is a fix but it only works with a friend and I haven't tried yet.

so my location has to be reset server side? there  is literally nothing i can do it seems.
