Game stuck on loading

When I load the game, I'm stuck at this screen forever. Then I close the game and try to launch again but EA app says it's already running. So then I reboot, try again, and the same thing happens. I updated my drivers and uninstalled/reinstalled, I can't think of any other things to try.
