Glitches two

Ok so I found a glitch where you can do Superman onto floor and I launches you to space of THATS #1 #2 is way more important I know someone he has been trying to reach out to you guys and he has been stuck under the map in the beginning of the game at the mega park can you guys help and do something about that please his discord is nacbkny and username for the game is LeThaLxDoWn
