got a code but cant access online

i got my code downloaded the game on xbox and playstation (i got 2 different emails) and both tell me error code 480232561 Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features...

 

how do i fix? im dying to play

    I had the same issue. Tried it over and over and finally allowed me in. Keep trying

    Hey man by any chance do you know how many times it took? It’s doing the same thing with mine rn and it’s giving me the same code
