HALL OF MEAT! and more tricks

add hall of meat pleaaaaase, also there was more tricks in skate 3, why cant we have them all back? also, half of the playtest i couldnt see my friend, servers are a bit unstable. UI is very cluttered, sometimes i was unable to untrack missions, less is more.
