Having issues getting into the playtest

Hi all, so i had applied to join the playtest a good while ago with my icloud account and had forgotten about it until recently when i got the email with the instructions. unfortunately i had not created an ea account with said icloud email already and thus couldn't get to the file i need to download the playtest
