Help downloading on Xbox

I still have yet to receive an email on how to download the game, someone told me to try downloading the ea app on my pc and see if the game is there, and it is, however, I found out after playing it that my pc isn’t  really good enough to get the full experience.. when I signed up for the playtesting I selected Xbox as my preferred way to play, but I have no idea how to download it to my Xbox.. can anyone help me?
