I got an email saying because I’m an insider I now have access to the game so now how would I get it on my ps5 there is no instructions or code to use

read the email, it tells you to sign in to your ea account and link your psn to it and after some time it'll pop up in your library.
I just got this again but no code
Yeah I got the same email im not sure how to get it either glad I'm not the only one
