I think they're doing great with the game so far. I love skating and I'm a long time fan of the skate series as well. I've enjoyed all of the challenges and getting new drip for my skater. The vert gameplay is so much better in this instalment too. Maybe I was just a dumb kid but even just doing a simple axle stall feels way more fluid and satisfying, and I find myself trying to go for realistic skate lines instead of just doing the craziest thing my fingers can think of like in Skate 3. I can't wait for them to add more handplants and I was stoked when I saw they had no complys. Only thing I think I could ask for is a mode or setting that changes the gameplay to be more unforgiving and realistic like realistic mode in Skate 3.
