Map loop bug

I had entered the shop to open a crate,.when i exited i teleported back to my marker, as i did it. The narator ( V ), paused my character to talk. I am now stuck in a loop of being able to skip her talking then the map opening and instantly closing to her talking again. I am unable to do anything but skip her.

Ive tried un installing and re installing the game, didnt wor. Turnning my PC off/ back on didnt work.
