How am I supposed to progress if I've completed everything I can?

Question

I'm trying to finish everything in yhe game and I've completed every challenge in both Hedgemont and Gullvrest Billage, but my progress to unlock Market Mile is only at 259/450 Challenge goals, how am I supposed to unlock it?

The clip I posted shows I've completed all of the Challenge goals in Hedgemont and Gullcrest Village but all of the rest of my main tours still need more progress.

I think this is simply due to them wanting to prolong the gameplay, new challenges come out daily for completion so it’s unfortunately just a waiting game for them to swap over. I don’t personally think this is right and I think you should have access to all the districts from game start.
