How to access playtest on PC

hmm just gonna list the steps i took incase devs look at the post.
1. Survey completed from email send on March 7th.
2. Play test showed under Your Playtest tab as scheduled.
3. March 11th at 5:30pm est, scheduled test no longer showed in Your Playtest tab
4. Viewing My Profile tab, test now shows up in Your Playtest History under the Set Time Zone tab.
5. Downloaded EA app on PC, signed into same EA account that i signed into for the Playtest.
6. Skate Playtest did not show up in my Library in the EA app.
7. Forced closed EA app.
8. Reopened EA app.
9. Skate Playtest file showed up in library.
I still dont have it. Been waiting on pc forever, restarted closed reopened everything
