How to fix the “go to extrovert to level up” issue

Ive tried multiple fixes people have said online, ive been trying for days to get the mission complete, its crossed out like ive done the objective but it will not let me progress, i got in a party with my friend and he progressed just fine, ive been play testing this game awhile since before release. i really just wanna progress
