How to transfer from EA to Steam?

Hello,

due to the bug that wont let me progress past advanced manual techniques im not seeing half of the game (i saw a video of someone with content i can't unlock) so i tried to install the Steam version altough all my progress there is reset and i can only access it on EA, so how do you do such transfer?

game is said to be cross platform and stuff so it should be possible.
