I didn't get anything either, just bought the 50 dollar bundle on Steam, this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Someone please help

Same here… I bought the founders pack and didn’t get my items, my brother however bought the same pack as me and he received his items just fine. Anyone have a fix for this? I wonder why some people are experiencing this

*UPDATE - FOR THOSE WHO ARE MISSING THEIR PURCHASE ITEMS ON FIRST TIME GAMEPLAY*

all you have to do is uninstall and reinstall the game and all your cosmetics and clothes will appear in the game after you reinstall. I just tried this and can confirm it worked for me on my ps5.

Update - I just reinstalled the game and this fixed it for me
