I cannot get on the play test

I have no idea what to do every time I boot it I can’t get past configuring I get error 480232516 saying I cannot to servers and should contact support

I really wish we could do no comply flips like no comply kickflip BS tails and stuff like no comply 3 flips and whatnot so like ea please please do no comply flips PLEASE DO it you have never done it...
