I cant start the Blue Light Beach Mission

So like 3-4 weeks ago i just  played the missions and then i got to the Blue Light Beach mission for the Skater eyes. So i just got there and started the mission but then it just crashed and my character got reset and now i cant start it! i can see the zone where u can press triangle but the mission wont pop up anymore and i cant start it anymore.. I tried everything, reseting the map by teleporting, doing another side quest and go to the shop. every sidequest pops up in the zone but the Blue Light Beach wont..

can anyone help??
