i got an email saying ive been granted early access but my game doesnt work

yesterday i received an email stating i was granted early access to skate. but the game doesnt launch on my xbox still and i dont have any kind of code. ive been back and forth between ea and microsoft support teams and have received an email from microsoft to forward to whomever it may concern. inquiring i would need to be granted acces by EA and not by microsoft. please help i really want to play the game.
