I redeemed my playtest code on the wrong account.

Hello everyone,

I accidentally used my redemption code on the wrong PlayStation account linked to my EA account, because of this I can’t play the beta and I’m super disappointed. 

is there a way to get a new code for the beta, or will I just have to wait for the proper release?

Accidentally redeemed the code on my other Xbox account, and can’t link my Xbox account to it since it’s already been linked to a different ea account, any tips on how I can link it or ask ea?

I emailed for the playtest on a different account my ps5 uses how do I login to ea on a new account and get the code for my ea account I've had a go on my computer but it's broken I need a way to play on my ps5 to get the experience

I finally got the email with my beta test code and used the wrong email is there any way to fix this

Has anyone else that’s done this figured out how to get past it?

I also have this issue. Oopsies.. I hope there is a fix

Did the same sadly, got the error code: 48023561. Since many people have done this hopefully there is a work around.
