I was kicked out of the playtest

What happened yesterday, March 11th? They were supposedly sending the codes for the playtest that I passed. I never received the supposed code by email and then in the afternoon it was no longer on the playtest website. What happened? Does anyone know, or will they never give a solution or answer?
