I'm unable to contact EA for help

Question

I'm trying to get a refund on a mistaken purchase, and all I can get is an AI chatbot that takes me in circles over and over and over and over and over. Is it not possible to open a service ticket anymore? I can see my ticket history from a couple of years ago. It seems like all roads currently lead to me wasting good time talking to a bot that can't solve anything though. Any help would be appreciated.&nbsp;

The form for a refund is located here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/refund-tool/I'll be honest with you most companies don't give refunds for DLC or game add-ons. I doubt EA will give you a refund but it is worth a shot.Where the create ticket button used to be it is now only the chat bot. I am so sorry you have to use the bot. I tried it for 5 seconds and instantly gave up out of anger.
