Is there a way to teleport to any area of the map?

If you skate around you can find some invisible water that will make you bail. If you're lucky it can eventually spawn you back into the world.

Took me a while, but you were right

I'm still stuck under the map 😭.  No clue how to get out. 

Teleport to someone: Start > Hub > Social > San Van > Click a player > Teleport to Player

Or press up on the d-pad to port back to your last session marker.
