Issues with Startup and Game

Not sure how, but the beta wont start on my end (Playing on PS5) I'm just stuck on a black screen with a full loading bar. And whenever I was able to play, I couldn't progress because of a glitch or bug that wouldn't let me accept any quests. Any Help?
