Just random feedback

The game is a lot of fun to get back into. A long awaited game that everyone could enjoy and mess around in. The glitches are just a feature and makes the games that much more hilarious, especially playing with friends. The addition of more parkour elements to the game was fun and a breath of fresh air. I will say it is annoying to be forced to play online if one wants to play solo. Can we have a single player/offline mode to be able to play by yourself and not deal with all the shenanigan's of playing online?! (lag, wait queue, players to render, etc.) Too many times I had "waiting for players" even when I booted up a challenge SOLO. This was a game I had a lot of fun playing to unwind, yet wasting time to wait for imaginary players was frustrating; No way to speed it up or cancel it. Also random grip. Collecting the bearings challenge is cool. Something that stayed too long on screen was the message to restart if you fell off. A few times it popped up too long after restarting that I might as well been skating blind. Smaller things that messed my friends and I up was the random settings changes, such as camera angle. This is just the beta so I can't go too hard on story being bland even when older skate games didn't have that much of a story anyways. I am glad EA didn't charge us for this beta. Didn't charge us for shoe ware, every push on the board, for changing appearance of boards or character, and/or to do a trick. Can't wait to see what else the game adds when it is fully released. 

P.S. This probably has been repeated many times, yet might as well say it again. The way that the player holds the board in the pause menu is correct while in game, off the board, is wrong; albeit better than maul grab. I am confused on why and how that got through off the basis of continuity and not just angry skater pointing out a poser.
