L2 / R2 GRAB BUG

In trasition 101 u learn to grab. My game bugs at the start and my caracther wont flinch. Im spamming holding in and spamming every button nothing is happening. Even with changed camera settings and eveyrhing. I give up now becuse I have tryed on 2 diffrent acc sence the game came out...
