Lagging and freezing

Is it just me or when i play skate on ps4, it has long as hell loading screens and it says i have been timed out from the network or when I'm in the tutorial and I just decide to climb and reach the part where it says get your skateboard my game freezes or lags and times me out and stuck in a loop because of this either long loading screen lagging or it proceeds to tutorial but it freezes when i try to grab skateboard
