Linked Account Not Working

Today has been wild. I have been looking forward to this game and finally have the opportunity to jump in and get some grinds in! But why is it so hard to access an EA account. 

I received the redeemable code to download and get early access to SKATE, however there's been so many issues with this process. 

I created a new EA account because my old Ea account was unlinkable due to my old email being deactivated. Can't reset password, can't access anything. I finally got in contact with EA games for help. 

Got my account fixed and new email updated. However since I had already downloaded SKATE, apparently it was linked to my old email, but the code was sent to my new email. 

Now that everything is up to date, I can't play SKATE because it is connected to the old email. Can some please help? Can I please receive a new code? or can it be reset to my new email?
