Linking account issue for playstation

Hello fellow skaters!! The last 3 to 4 hours I've been having trouble linking my psn to my ea account, the psn account i linked my ea (which would of been in 2018) unfortunately got hacked at the end of 2018 and had to make a new psn account, with that being said I've spent numerous of hours trying to resolve my ongoing issue because it keeps telling me in can only link to one psn account for life. Is there a way I can resolve this so I can enjoy the playtest and give my feedback for the future of skate?
