Loading error

I have been a long time enjoyer of the skate series but just got around to playing the new game. The game takes never loads first time - I have to power cycle my console (Xbox one) for it to work. Then, when entering a mission, about 1/5 times the mission won’t load - I will simply get a black screen until I power cycle my console again. It also takes up to a minute to go back to my session marker even when it is just a short distance away. Also subtitles from dialogue appear on screen minutes before they are spoken and they take a long time to disappear afterwards. I am aware I’m playing on an older gen console, but obviously I hadn’t expected these issues. I wonder if anyone is aware of a fix, but I wanted to report my experience regardless.
