Loot Boxes Locked

I went to spend Rip Chips at the store and realized that all of the boxes have been locked for me. I've already purchased a majority of them, but even those are currently locked. I still have the items I've purchased beforehand, but cannot spend any Rip Chips currently due to this bug.

    My girlfriends skate account is currently having this problem too. We tried to get one of the Hedgemont boxes and get the bundle of it, mind you she has around 67,000 Rep points so she has well over enough to get the 5 box bundle, it says she has insufficient funds.
