Lost SVB, support not helping

Today I opened one or two things in the skate pass and then saw my balance went from 1050 or 1100 to 700 after opening a skate pass item.

EA support was completely inept and couldn’t help me at all.

This bug needs to be addressed and I need some support to get this SVB back into my account.
