Map phasing areas

There are a few areas on the map where you can phase through the ground. This is obviously not a game breaking bug, but the most notable location are the grates which surround the trees outside of the SV News Building, in the Gullcrest region. If you skate over these grates, your board will either be eaten (at higher speeds) or you will fall into the parking garage (at lower speeds)
