Method of transportation faster than skating should be slower

Now I know this isn't a bug or anything (that's why I didn't post it in the bug forums) but I figured out a normal way of getting around faster than skating. If you roll and jump at the same time and keep on doing that you go faster than skating and hard pushing. I tested this out as well with a bus and the difference in speed is actually noticeable in and out of testing (as in using the bus and just moving around the city normally). I'm saying that this method of transportation should be slower because the name of the game is skate, you're supposed to skate and if you make a type of transportation that's as easy as skating but faster, everyone's going to do that. Even if it takes longer to get places skating should be the main way of transportation and getting around.
