Micro transaction issues

So I purchased a 5$ pack because I wanted to get some tickets to unlock something in the skate pass, after I purchased the tickets I got an error screen saying I need to re-log into the game, once I came back the currency was gone and I didn’t get the tickets. 
   I was wondering if anyone else was dealing with this issue and if there is anything else that I could do or someone I can contact to get them.

    If they have a store like fortnite they should have a refund option maybie try there website or check there website for a phone number to contact them

    There's no easy way to directly contact EA customer service... Most of their support seems to be done here on the forums...
