Missing Pro Skate Pass (Purchased yesterday via San Van Bucks, gone today)

Hi,
Yesterday I purchased 1050 San Van Bucks on Steam (screenshot attached) and used them to unlock the Pro Skate Pass in-game. Everything was working perfectly fine. However, today when I logged in, the pass was completely gone from my account, as if I never bought it. My San Van Bucks are gone as well.
Could someone look into this?

    This literally just happened to me. I purchased San Van Bucks and an hour later it was gone from my account and I didn’t even purchase anything. They’re stealing money and there’s no way to even contact anyone.
