Missing San Van Bucks – Founders Pack + Deluxe Upgrade not fully received

I purchased both the Skate Founders Pack and the Founders Pack Deluxe Upgrade through the PlayStation Store on my account. Both purchases show up correctly in my transaction history.

According to the pack descriptions, I should have received a total of 5900 San Van Bucks, but I currently only have 3350 — which is a strange number. I haven’t spent any Bucks at all since purchasing the packs.

I’ve already contacted EA Support multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. My patience is running out at this point — I just want to receive the content I paid for.

Can someone from EA please look into this or escalate it to the right team?
